Title: any bodybuilders train on the bowflex?

is it possible to be competitive training on one?

Post by: Aerian on February 27, 2010, 07:06:11 PM: I started working out with a Bowflex and its great if you cant get to the gym. Still keep the guy around incase something happens but it really cant compare to freeweights for overall results.

Sure it might help the average fatties or out of shape people, but for anyone who has worked out for quite some time, it wont fatigue your muscles as effectively as weights.

Still good to have one in the house if you have a family.
