Title: I keep losing weight
Post by: powerbomb on February 24, 2010, 08:15:01 PM
I'm not sure whats going on here but heres my situation.
I am 30 yrs old, have been lifting for about 10 yrs off and on... mostly on. I am currently taking the NO shotgun product, a multivitamin, Omega 3 6 9's and the Myogenix Aftershock protien. I tried Finavol (designer tren product) for about 2 weeks and it killed my dick so I discontinued it and am currently taking 2 Gaspari Nolvadex pills a night....  It's back to normal now.  I eat about 4 to 5 medium to large size meals a day.  I started out at 210 lbs with very low body fat about 5 to 6 weeks ago and I have lost 10 lbs but keep getting stronger. I am currently at 200 lbs and am hiting 245 on incline bench for 7 to give you an idea of where my strength is at.  Why do I keep losing weight but get stronger?? It seems like i should be gaining weight with all that I'm doing. I even have the veins showing in my lower abs. Any opinions would be a big help. Thanks.

Yeah, I probably am but it doesnt seem like I had that much fat to lose. In the past I've just always gained weight as i got stronger and found this situation strange. Thanks.

The rate of muscle growth is a lot slower than water and fat loss. Just keep doing what you're doing.
