Yeah, we looked good at first but the Slovaks were playing awesome the last period. Crossbar shot could've tied it.

Got lucky? We outplayed them 2/3 of the game and took the pressure off to play defensively which allowed Slov back in it. Our goalie made a huge save to keep us up 3-2. And that's not the same goalie the U.S got lucky with who let 4 out of 22 shots (while canada had 45 shots) in their first game. That shit ain't happenin again. Canada will not be letting up on the U.S

With your logic...I guess USA's team was "letting up" on offense in the Canadian game then......

If you know anything about hockey you'd realize they just did right now. Sometimes it allows to coast to a victory, other times the other team kicks it up a gear while you're still coasting. They didn't let up at all against the U.S, fuk they skated circles around them outshooting them 45-22. Goaltending was the difference though and the U.S goalie was awesome while the canada goalie played below his normal level. That goalie won't be in net tomorrow night though. My prediction, 3-2 Canada, maybe 3-1
