A bit of advice. You never ever so no to a part especially when you are first starting. NEVER! And the Jersey Shore is a perfect example. When you first start you DO NOT have a reputation to ruin or hurt. It does not matter to anyone what you did. What matters is that you did it and now your foot is in the door. Then you go from there. A bit of advice from someone who knows.

I did mostly commercials. I read for alot of parts. Had tons of call backs. The thing with Leslie was called Dangerous Curves I played his bodyguard "Mandrake" and the Ripper thing was a Gillette commercial which actually won a Cleo award. I left LA probably at a bad time. I was just getting to know alot more important people and making the right contacts. When I moved to Hawaii I didn't tell my agent. I was booked on a Matlock and had a Taco Bell commercial and I moved to Hawaii without even telling anyone. I have no idea why. I was getting into stunts with a friend of mine who has worked on more than 200 shows and one of the best know Stunt Cooridinators but for some reason I moved to Hawaii. I went there for an appearance and loved it so much I stayed. I got signed with the best agent there and did some things but just not enough stuff being done in Hawaii to sustain a career like in LA. I have thought about going back into it once I get back into the shape I was in. I could easily make a call and do it. So who knows, I might. First I have to get back to shape. You are young, so go out and get as many interviews as possible. In that business the saying "the more shit you throw at the wall something will stick" truly applies.
