They are 100kg (220lbs) each. Cant do much with them other then pick them up or use them as anchors for band squats/benches. They are just standard hex bolts, there is a 10lb plate welded to each end as there was no more space for additional plates on the handles.

That video has been a major topic of conversation here in Las Vegas. Everyone loves it. White or black, or in between, it's always great to see a punk like that get what he deserves.

But I bet some lawyer wants to represent him and sue the bus line and possibly even the old guy.

yeah, these were made by Eugene Sandow ( the guy on the Mr. Olympia trophy - i know you know that, but there are probably a few here that don't).

that box there is the actual box that they were shipped here in in the 1890's. and the actual courses featuring Eugene using them.

My dumbells are home made (apart from the 40s and 90s),i made some of them from old fire extinguishers, cut them to size with a grinder, welded checker plate on the ends and filled with scrap steel.A coat of paint to finish them off. They go from 20 to 110 in 5lb jumps.I`m making a pair of 120s and 130s at the moment. The dumbell rack is made from a n old pine bed and some scrap wood i found. The barbell on the floor is made from a gas bottle filled with concrete,it weighs 65kg.

hi=jack away weights and dogs are two of my favorite subjects, i could imagine the reaction some people would have seeing your dog. people ask me and my kid already if our dog was a wolf, what ignorance.

i got a pm asking how i got Lucan.  i was golfing on an indian reserve west of Calgary and he was roaming around looking quite wild and filthy.  he kind of followed us through the trees for a few holes, checking us out.  i enticed him over with a hotdog i think, and he stayed near us for a while. after the round we drove around looking for him.  we saw him, called him over and kindnapped him, lol.

i think he's pretty happy now, he is quite bonded to me.

lol, i thought about that the first night i was going to sleep  -  him thinking  ' man, if i pull this off i'll eat like a king)!!!  haha, but he is totally gentle. took down a pitbull that attacked him once, but other than that he has zero aggression.
