Title: Lean/Ripped vs Big Toned
Post by: g101 on March 05, 2010, 03:28:13 PM
Ok guys the question is which one is better for intimidation, likeability, girls, overall  ???

Interesting thread.
IMO:

Lean and ripped is what the girls like.

Big and toned, I imagine you mean like a pro bber?  Some girls will like this, but not all.

Bloated permabulker, girls don't like it but may be good for power sports. Good for intimidation as long as body fat % isn't too high.

Basically most girls will prefer ripped over bigger and more body fat.  Hope this helps.

i'm hittn a slight vac with it, not full blown sucked in but i'm certainly minding my waistline.  no way i'd ever shop a pic of myself, that's all me. i'm gonna take newer ones with the same pose because i'm fuller now everywhere and my waist is still the same.
that was from last year and was workin a lot so i couldn't really train serious.
i go by that old school classic ideaology, vince gironda etc., even arnold, who when he got here was a vince disciple. keep that waist tight, twisting shots so your arms are and legs are thicker than your waist from the side, x-frame etc.

heres 2 more for ya. i was checkin progress coupla weeks ago.

no way, that goes against everything bb'n stands for.  i live that classic bb'n life,,, or at least work at it anyway.
my waist is usually around 30. that matis pic posted is with a slight vac so maybe i could get to around 25 full blown sucked in.
around 59 510 when i'm not hunched over, lol,, and right now around 195 give or take 5 aside depending
thats after 10 yrs of working out :)
never did it in school but when i grad'd high school somehow i found it and been doin it everyday since. i truly love weight liftin and trainin and truly love the real essence of what bb'n is and stands for. i work for that classic look.
