i want to make a pumpkin pie protein powder pudding for breakfast tommorow!
how do i do this?
im thinking of 3 scoops of vanilla powder, like 1/2 cup libby pumpkin, some cinnomon cloves and ginger, and what about oats?
do i put in microwave??
plz help!

Find yourself a normal pumpkin pie recipe. Then add protein powder in place of sugar perhaps?

I eat the PB&J Bars now and than and they don't give me gas, they taste great.

Spices sound good but you forgot brown sugar, cream, eggs, a candied pecan topping, and the maple syrup whipped cream.
It won't be as yummy without added fat and sugar. You could try evaporated milk instead of cream and a sweetener instead of sugar, but I say just make a pumpkin pie and enjoy it in moderation.
It freezes/reheats well after baking so it's always easy to have on hand when those unexpected guests drop by.

It won't be as yummy without added fat and sugar. You could try evaporated milk instead of cream and a sweetener instead of sugar, but I say just make a pumpkin pie and enjoy it in moderation.
It freezes/reheats well after baking so it's always easy to have on hand when those unexpected guests drop by.

i didnt get to make it cuz all i want is just a small serving not a whole big pie and i dont know how to minimize the ingredients from a large pie to a small pie plus my scedule got mixed up i thought my seminar was at 8 am this morning but its at 10 but i have work at 10 so i cant get plus my body needs a rest and im going into new york today to get some pizza

i just made it
i put in a boiwl 3 scoop ultra size by beverly international, 1/4 cup libby pumpkin, about tbsp of cinn, ginger, and cloves,a nd some water and mixed it up
i tried a bit and its good...not great
its in my ice box right now...im gonna eat it at 11

i made it yesterday and put in the fridge for about an hour and half...it was very very good and tasted like pumpkin pie filling
i used
1/4 cup libby pumpkin
3 scoop vanilla beverly intl ultra size
tbsp and half of cinnomon ginger and cloves...and mixed in water slow to make it like pudding...tasted ok just mixed-but tasted best when cold
