Title: Post comp cycle

Hi guys, quick question. I'm just finishing a 16 week cycle leading up to my show this saturday and want to go on another course first thing monday morning...any ideas on what to take?

test enath and primo 1ml each ed weeks 1/8
Masteron and tren 1ml each ed weeks 8/16
150mg winny oral ed
halotestinn ed
8iu ghg ed

I've made some good gains with this and I'm looking to stay on for another 6 weeks or so while I'm used to eating clean etc
 
Any suggestions/critisims welcome...

Personally I would bridge for 8 weeks, and give my body a rest. Insulin while bridging if you feel insulin is for you, and you can continue the HGH. If you bridge for 8 weeks you will have better growth when you get back on.

thanks for that 4thAD. Sorry for banging on but what would you suggest i take while bridge for 8 weeks? would 250mg test enath + 200mg prop ew be ok?

id ease up on the training a little too, some of my best injuries have occured trying to gain muscle in that magical 'window',,,,,,

Good advice here. You will make gains fairly easy during this time, so just train normally. For the question above, yes, 250mg enenthate, cypionate, or prop will be fine for the bridge. Make sure to eat, eat, eat, good healthy food also.
