running 750 mg test e and 400 mg deca
weeks 1-6 gained 15 lbs (i know a lot of water)
had to start caber and arimidex 1mg 3x week for gyno
weeks 7 + 8 nothing, and here i am now
strength is definately still increasing, which is a good sign
should i start eating EVERYTHING in site?
possibly throw in some drol?
wait it out and be patient?

Add the drol, and dirty up the diet a little if your eating really clean. You have to increase cals as you grow, to keep growing. Just dont eat tons of garbage. Chicken shakes Poundstone style help for those extra cals, also add a cup of blended oats to your shakes. Its about dedication brother.

A couple boxes of Oreos and 3 gallons of ice cream should do the trick.

you should keep your daily food intake failry consistant, in regards to total fats carbs proteins and calories your taking in.
adjust calories to manipulate results.
sub mainatance calories: little muscle growth but good fat loss.
maintanence calories: ok muscle growth slow drop in fat.
caloric excess: good muscle growth but fat gain.
keep your totaly deficit or surplus within 500 calories of maintance to ensure limited negatives(either muscle loss or too much fat gain)

:) i thought you meant it as a one time thing, just to boost the metabolism, then going back to what he normally would eat.
and that would actually make sense, and probably be an effective way of breaking the platue without putting on too much fat.

Youre recommending that bulking diet should only be 1000 calories more than a cutting diet?

I tend to agree.
Even if I am too lazy to control my own food intake in the off-season, I gain way too much fat

this has happened in previous cycles around week 6-8. good point though regarding my body needing more cals after gaining weight, i over looked it and im saying DUH to myself. patience will pay off. but for now i guess its back to McD's dollar menu a few times a week. cant beat a $1 mcdouble with 22g protein. will let you guys know about the drol.
ps: ground oats in the coffee grinder than adding them to a shake = mega ass blasting allll day.

Oh BS I do it all the time. Oats do not need to be cooked. Its called RAW Whole foods. If your shitting blood from eating raw blended oats then you might want to go see your Doctor!

That much Adex will affect gains too to some degree. But up your calories some.

"2) coffee grinder is a must inorder to be able to eat enough calories a day. carbs are super important when putting size on. you need to eat those 1.5 cups oats every few hours in a shake and for this to be reality it must be in a powder form. only this way you will be able to touch the 5000 calories a day mark. coffee grinder is what i use and any normal sane bodybuilder use inorder to get the calories in. all the stories about 10 solid meals a day is garbage lies."
