				Squats and Dead lifts widen my waste to much. I love them but my waist gets to big. Any other exercises besides the basic Leg Press and Leg extensions that dont widen your waist?

 "I have a bad knee from a football/MMA/skeeball/jack-off session injury."
 "They make my waist too wide."

 I remember hearing that Brian Buchanan like to squat 550-600 pounds, and Melvin used to squat a lot as well...both are known for their small waists.
