t3 for both answers, undoubtedly more effective than clen for a plethora of reasons, likely to be better for health as well... clen can cause some potentially harmful things to the cardiovascular system... t3 not so much, but still a little potential for some issues.. t3 is the winner hands down however

Because I have such a fast metabolism I feel no need to take thyroid meds

i used it before i used any juice... my first "cycle" was at the advice of a local npc competitor, it was 1mg of arimidex and 50mcg t3 everyday.. i was 18

I got on the t3 train as had never tryed it..100mcg a day and it really drops the fat , I found it flattened me out some which came back once I went off but I wouldnt use without gear , thats just me though..
Clen is all good to add into your cutting plans but I find not as powerful as t3 at moving the fat quickly.

nope, i was lean. i was just suffering at the time, and the guy knew it. i worked for him and he saw what i was eating... at the time i was obsessed with getting shredded and i had been eating nothing but low fat protein, in moderate amounts, and raw fresh uncooked vegetables. nothing else, no cheating.
it didnt work at all for me, because i came off my diet the second i got on the t3, like an idiot. :)

it depends.
losing fat isn't like gaining mass, it is done step by step and your body can adapt to what you are doing so if you go high doses of t3 and clen at the beggining, what the fuck are you going to do when you are already eating 2000 calories and you are not losing anymore fat.

I had 50mcg tabs :( ,A guy I know uses 150mcg a day lol and he is full and lean , on a shit load more gear though.
He cruises on 100mcg , never comes off

150mcg is a great dose if yoru diet is good and you have pllenty of androgens floating in your system... 50mcg is a lean gainer dose... 25mcg would let you gain faster than 50mcg but you can get fat if you go over bored on the food when your taking just 25mcg.. 50mcg and its gonna be pretty unlikely youll put on any fat, and youll be able to put on size. at least, thats how the doseages affect me.. could be different for others.

nope, not at all. some guys, like dave palumbo(according to nasser), use as much as 350mcg per day. :) ive tried using that much, didnt work better than 150, in fact it worked horribly. but 150 is a great dose, just so long as your eating enough carbs, and your taking a moderate dose of roids along with it...

why would you even try 350mcg per day? were you not seeing results with 150mcg ( which i think EVEYONE will agree that its fucking too much. if you need 150mcg, you not doing something correct).
can you enlighten me? again, i not flaming you, but i've read several times you've just taken crazy doses just for the sake of it. i think you mentioned 600mcg of clen a day you took for a while?

I slowly worked my way up to 300mcg, and stayed there for about 1 week. I never once experienced any side effects, no increased heart rate, no sweating, nothing at all. I was trying to see if I could get better results by going higher, because while 100 or 150mcg works very well... its still not as fast as I wish it would be. :)

I can tell you that I know that 350mcg is too much, because I know that 300mcg was too much for me when I tried it.
How can I tell you that? Because I tried it.
What could I know if it hadnt tried it? I couldnt know anything :)
150mcg drops fat quickly..as for pounds of fat per week, or any measurement like that...no idea, but you can go love handles to six pack in less than 8 weeks..

Never used more than 75mcg ED. Was too scared to go any higher due to fears of latent thyroid recovery. I don't buy into the whole permanent shut down but I didn't want to bulk up after cutting down.
Next time around I'll use clen and T3. I don't care for clen but a little goes a long way. And I'd imagine that it must be pretty synergistic. Can't wait to give it a go.

yes i was very very "flat".... t3 can drain your muyscles very quickly, like one or two days... personally i feel that carb loads are very necessary and should be done quite often when taking t3. the drug appears to work much better that way.
I find this to be quite true...After a cheat meal every sunday night the next few days i seem to feel tighter and fuller, together with tighter skin around the abs ,compared to thursday and fridays where i look flat and skin is not "tight" around the muscle and ab area. I find it weird though, to look like that even when ur diet is clean and on check 100%, then u suddenly look better after a huge junk meal.

not exactly...different look from overstuffing yourself with vegetables and fibre compared to junk food.....
