What did you think, at the time, he meant?

Just an empty promise, ala "i'm Clinton, new and improved"?

Or this current plan he's delivering now?

Or something else?  If so, what?

"Both Parties Suck"!!!    Use an Apple Pie for example:     Democrats let you smell the pie, and the Republicans will say, "what pie"?   Neither side will give you any pie!   Both parties give you empty promises, and "pie in the sky"!!!   It comes down to the lesser of two evils...  :'(
