Someone making Dexter look soft...
From last night at the Austailian Pro.  Kai looks like granite...If he had come in that conditioning at the Arnold, it would have been a clear win...
If the Fridge shows up even a bit off and Kai shows up in this conditioning, the fridge will be giving the Sandow to Kai...Weider Team probably has him on the shit list for going to MD...

They're the same height...(Jay aint 5'9) Trust me I've seen him many, many times here in Vegas....
Jay clearly wins in mass but not by much
They're both fridges but Kai's shape is better....Never thought I'd type that.
Kai can come in better conditioning, and is better from the back...Thing is he has to be in 09 Arnold or 10 Austraila condition

Jay better bring it or step his game up...Cause if he shows up in 08, 07, or 06 condition he's fucking done.

If he wins the O I would be pretty shocked.  :o Not because of his physique because of his past antics. I sort of think they wouldn't give it to a guy with his background. Then again, this is the IFBB we're talking about.  :-X :-X

I don't really think they care...Otherwise he wouldn't have won 2 Arnolds by now...As long as he is a team player and plays the game.  In addition, you story from rags to "riches" is a classic one.

No matter what whether or not he wins the O he should chill until the next Mr. O and take a break...What he is doing is very difficult for a guy his size and it will start to show on his physique...A full year of would do wonders for his body after this Mr. O although when you look at it he did the Arnold (Mar 09) Olympia (Oct 09) Arnold (Mar 10) and now Olympia (Sep 10)

Kai is definately the front runner for the O he should change up his posing everyone is getting a bit tired of the standing on his head on all that shit..needs something fresh.

Yeah, but the Arnold is different than the O in the sense that the Mr. O is the epitome of what the sport represents.
