Hello everyone, long time lurker first time poster. I have been lifting for around 7 years and seriously following the bodybuilding scene with hopes of competing and placing well in my first NPC show by the end of the year. Exercise and working out is everything to me, i hold a Masters Degree in Exercise Science and I am a Certified Personal Trainer.
I eat 6 high-protein meals per day, with 1 cheat meal every month. My current best lifts are: Bench Press- 315lbs for 1 rep, Squat- 405 for 1 rep, Deadlift - 205 for 1 rep (with straps). I follow a 5 day split workout routine in which every muscle is trained exactly once per 7 days to allow for muscle recovery as well as CNS adaptation.
My workout split is:
Monday - Chest, Serratus, Lower Abs and Heavy Calves
Tuesday - Quads, Hamstrings, Trapezius, Upper Lats
Wednesday - Anterior and Medial Deltoids, Medium-Weight Calves, Light Forearms
Thursday - Middle Back, Lower Lats, Upper Abs, Lower Back and Spinal Erector
Friday - Biceps, Triceps, Brachialis, Heavy Forearms, Posterior Deltoids, Delt/Pec Tie-ins
Satuday and Sunday - Rest with Low Carbs and High Protein
I have included a picture of myself in a front double biceps with complete stomach vacuum pose. I will begin cutting for my NPC show in a couple of months, but I am already at a low enough bodyfat that my serratus and (some) intercoastals are visible. I am 6'0'' at 180lbs and my upper arms measure 17.8 inches around flexed, no pump.

Really
::)

I have went ahead and attached my front double biceps with total stomach vacuum pose to this post since I understand if some readers do not feel comfortable clicking random links. I am really looking for constructive criticism regarding my physique and how it will fare on an NPC stage against my competitors. I feel like my main weakness is my delt/pec tie-ins which I think should be MUCH more visible at my low bodyfat. Then again, I am always my harshest critic which is why I am asking for opinions.

I feel like I've read this identical post before. ???

Back in the day there was a guy on this forum named "supplement guru" and he was exactly like bigandripped. A guy who looks like he doesn't even lift who devoted his life to studying excercise and supplements and all that.
Too bad this guy bigandripped is a troll poster. Otherwise it would be epic.

You have. Pay attention to the sentence structure... It is sad when the gimmicks give themselves away so easily....
-
Welcome! There are no signs whatsoever pointing to you being a gimmick. ::)
-
This gimmic is failing because it is too obvious but at the same time not at all funny. what a waste of time.
-
Delt/pec tie-ins, legendary. ;D

kill yourself.
-
Judging by the light switch being even with your shoulder, you must be 4'11".
-
I can't see your calves. Please remove your socks and take a new pic.
Aren't you a team Nasser member?
-
Beautifully manicured belly hair. Are you a wax or a razor man?

Hi Dave.
-
Hello. Welcome.
Judging from watching your pic, I would only do Squat,Bench and Cable row.
Dont underestimate these three. Feel your muscle stretching and contracting. Slow movement to feel it.
1 day off 1day on.
