Married for 70 years, accused of murdering 98-year-old husband

The lawyer for a 91-year-old woman accused of killing her 98-year-old husband after more than 70 years of marriage has asked that she be moved from jail to a hospital where she can receive appropriate medical care, a Sydney court heard today.

Clara Tang was arrested and charged with murdering her husband Tang Ching Yung, after police found his body with head wounds in the couple's lounge room in a Sydney apartment about 9.40pm on Friday.

the first thing people say is "love".  that's what made them do it.  not.  "Dont give a #### for the person, place or situation" is more accurate, just reach an end for whatever reason.

Maybe he complained about her noodles. Everyday, for 70 yrs.

Its dementia and she won't be convicted.  Sad however as to how the mind goes to where something like this happens

Is the dementia anything like the delusions you have?  If so, maybe you wouldn't be convicted of stabbing Derek Anthony like you promised.   ::)
