this clip is priceless. They're saying if you refuse to answer questions listed beyond what is constitutional, just ask them to give you your miranda rights and you have the right to remain silent. They'll be clueless. I guess the idea afterword being that there is no way at that point they'll be halling everyone in America who didn't answer questions into federal court.
I'm LOL'ing... I'm going to have to listen to this guy on Fox News more often. I agree with all this. They should be taking a head count only. This is the first I've heard of customized census forms where, depending on where you live, you may be asked all kinds of questions not required by the constitution.

you didn't watch the video, the Fox News video above. In the video, the topic is on extended Census Forms being delivered to selected locations. Forms that ask you many questions beyond what is constitutionally mandated. Are you against the constitution Hereford or did you just not watch the Fox News video clip above?

This is a disgusting abuse of government power.

what new Qs are on it, which were not on it for the 2000 census?

I guess it varies according to this report. I've seen examples of the form that seem normal and I've heard others saying they have no right to ask such questions. Occording to this report, they are delivering different forms to different people or locations. Some with extended questions. I also would like to see what questions are on these "extended forms"
