How much water do you consume during your workout? I easily down 60 oz.

not much. Go to the water fountain and take a sip probably after each set. More just out of habit really.

I used to do that but no more. Ever since I carry a water bottle I have a lot more energy during my workouts. :o

I carry a bottle with me and fill it about 3 times during the workout and once for the trip home. I also drink from the fountain...
Lots and lots of water throughout- no matter what the weather. It fuels my next set and recovers me from my last. Any issues with dehydration and my energy plummets downward...

I do that too, it's weird. I mean between every single set... :o

I drink at least 2 gallons of wine a day....It's good for the heart...

if i drink too much i get lazy and feel full.
i take very small sips maybe every 5-10 minutes.
at the very end of the workout ill down a whole bottle, refill it and drink that on the way home.

Just sip it when you need it - no need to down gallons of the stuff.
When training I only drink if my mouth/throat is dry or needs cooling, not necessarilty because I'm thirsty - I estimate I probably only drink about 15-20oz during a workout.

I drink water because I'm thirsty. No other reason. I don't force-feed it to myself, I can just feel it being used and expired during and after every set.
Crazy.
