A simple garden salad with cucumbers..lettuce..toma to...carrots..

how would one calculate calories...carbs..etc... or would you even bother to?

none...i know..it sounds bland..but why gum up the works with some nasty tasting dressing..about as far as i would go is some red wine vinegar....

nope I dont count it plain, but I do like the spray salad dressing..5 calories per spray, but I can eat it plain
