She was annoying in War of the worlds.

BTW, have you seen Push? Don't think she was more than 15 in that movie, but was dressed up like a hooker for most parts in it. Textbook jail bait.

Dakota Fanning is very talented. I didn't like Joan Jett growing up, but I might check out this movie. The transition from child to adult actor can be rough, but the critics have been saying good things about this movie in her 'tweener stage.
To those with daughters: they grow up fast!
