Why is it ok to make a film Called White Men Cant Jump but not a movie called Black Men cant Do Math?

LOL, I remember being a kid about twenty years ago, my uncle bet some money on the Oilers and Warren Moon was just fucking the game up, throwing interceptions and incomplete passes all over the place.
He turned to a buddy of his that was watching the game with him and said "See that shit right there?? White men can't jump and black men can't throw!!".
Of course there is always exceptions to the rule, Warren Moon eventually ended up going to the hall of fame when it was all said and done.
