Pushing a car...
I've been pushing my car for cardio the past two weeks - very good cardio - short bursts - try to run as fast as possible.
I have a place that is littery deserted and goes slightly uphill which will kick you in the nuts.

I prefer bicep curling one, gives me a better combo or anaerobic and aerobic.
