He didn't mention his cycle? ???
:D
-
he hasn't been shredded since 2001 ::)
also how does eliminating sodium from your diet for 3-4 months help make you shredded ::)
but at least now we know why he always has a layer of water on stage.

no shit...so funny that the guys that make their living doing this don't know the first fucking thing about getting shredded
they always need a "guru" to tell them to eat less, move more

lmao, He is always shredded, what are you smoking. Seriously, what do you consider shredded because he has had striated quads every year, and glutes for the most. He has had problem areas and thick skin but most pros who step on stage are diced. Its the combo of low BF, water retention and fullness that changes the look.
when you have veins in your abs, striated quads, and a christmas tree i qualify you as being diced.

the fridge gets in good condition about once every 5 years

This video is very vague and not very inormative. If you are looking to drop bodyfat while retaining maximum levels of muscularity it is important to decrease caloric intake by 500 calories per day and simultaneously regulating simple sugar and overall carbohydrate intake. Make sure to readjust caloric intake values as overall bodyweight decreases. Add in intense cardiovascular training for 20 minutes 6 days per week. To not use cardio as an excuse to consume more calories under the thought process that "calories burned" means you can eat more and then "burn" them off. This is wrong. When dieting, cardio does not "burn" calories it simply utilizes them. You can not counteract the physiological processes that promote fat storage that occur when eating a slice of cake by just running on the treadmill.

X2 one snickers bar and a can of soup will rip your ass up in a second. 8)

You must have read my post wrong. I said decrease caloric intake by 500 calories per day. That means, for the average bodybuilder the initial caloric values for the first week of dieting would be 1500 calories (2,000 - 500).
-
Jay said in that clip he cuts out chicken - why is this? I though most bodybuilders practically live on lean chicken breasts pre-contest?

Picture from Last week :(
Injuries more and more visible.

he is always one of the worse for conditioning in every show he enters - bar 2001 ( thanks to duretics to help him rid the water)

Haha, yes. ;D
-
He didn't mention his cycle? ???
He doesn't take any drugs to achieve that look. Remember, they do a drug test on the day of ALL competitions. Therefore, there is no chance in hell he's on something. :-X :-X
:D

johnnynoshame - you suck cocks, and when your not doing that your taking it up the ass. Sometimes you even do both at the same time.
also apart from your anti-nature fucked up sexual orientation, you are of very low intellect. you are like a dumb bimbo blonde, only you have less bodyhair, a large penis and an even larger nose :-X
in short your opinion does not matter.

while this is true or not is a matter of opinion
however, it is true that you commenting about ANYTHING to do about physiques is like virgin talking about how to stimulate a woman's G-spot

you know about physiques ? you know about putting on muscle ? you may be ripped but lets face facts you are still a twink.
with a huge nose.

he is fucking diced, he is not one of the worst conditioned bb's. His lower body is usually top notch if not the most seperated. His upper body seems to lag, however, saying he is not shredded is ridiculous, if you have striated glutes and quads, abs, CT etc you are shredded.
Not sure what you think shredded is.
-
johnnynoshame
lol @ Johnnynoshame :D
-

:D
Exactly how does he have the nerve to talk about getting Shredded and not even mention it???
Pointless
WOOOSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Isn't that how about 95% of the pros are right now?

i stand by my statement :
he is always one of the worse for conditioning in every show he enters.
hes shredded compared to any average joe from the street, but on a professional bb stage he's always pretty poor - dex, branch, heath, rockel, wolf, and even father time freeman beat him on conditioning.
-
"The most important thing to get the "Shredded- lean dry look" its dieting"
BWAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA
So he leaves the Muscletech supps out of the program?? I guess Thats why he's 5'9" 280 pounds of pure muscle.
