Title: Savage BEAST ShortMonster from the Training Board
Post by: Hulkotron on March 23, 2010, 03:33:38 PM
Oh brother get a load of this guy:

Long story short my forearms over take my arms in mass. Forearms are hit in almost every exercise I do, especially for arms. What are some ways to limit my forearm growth while having the appearance of my biceps and triceps appear bigger?

Im looking to improve my shoulder and back with. I usually do bent over BB rows, clean and press, lateral raises, bradford press. But they all hit the traps too much, maybe its my forum? Any shoulder/back exercises you guys can think of that doesn't hit the traps?

Squats and Dead lifts widen my waste to much. I love them but my waist gets to big. Any other exercises besides the basic Leg Press and Leg extensions that dont widen your waist?

Forearms are too big, traps are too big, can't squat and deadlift anymore because his massive poundages have made his obliques too big ::)

I suspect "ShortMonster" is either
(A) 155 lbs @ 10% bf, or
(2) 220 lbs @ 45% bf.
