Shit he's been competing since 1992? You'd think he'd succumb to high blood pressure and kidney failure at this point.

Days after the 2010 Arnold Classic.

The guy asking the questions sounds like he's in high school and reading off of a paper and struggling to read it properly.

man branch is delusional.  sure he might have been the best conditioned, but that doesn't win shows.

he's just a bunch of body parts put together that don't look pleasing at all.

You can't look at someone and tell they have high blood pressure.

no not all the time, but sometimes that redfaced all the time flushe look. Also when your bood vessels in your eyes are bulging out all over the white's of your eyes...making you have a that red eye look.

The delusion is strong in him, huh? Maybe he read Melvin's book, "Delusion and You:How to Convince Yourself That You Are Better Than Others, Even Though You Are't"

Sad part is, he seems to actually think he deserved 2nd at the O.   ::)

Branch seems to get a lot of crap on this board but he seems to be getting more and more successful as a pro. Second in the O and 3rd at the Arnold. Many can disagree with his placings and make fun of his height or his physique but most bodybuilders would love to be in his position.

I'm not a huge fan of his physique but I wish we had more competitors like him. He owns his own business, is successful outside of bodybuilding, really puts in the blood and sweat in the gym, not a pussy, and conducts himself with a little bit of dignity and class. He strikes me as a very smart man and knows what's what and I'm sure he's healthier than the average 40 yo fatty out there. I'm sure he's doing just fine.

Yes, he looks healthy and in shape to me. And strong as an ox. Go to the mall this weekend and look at every guy over thirty five and tell me how healthy they look. I bet the average overweight American male over 35 couldn't do 15 bodyweight full squats. And if they could they'd be sucking air.

It cracks me up sometimes just how critical people here are. The guy place 2nd in the Olympia and he's delusional. They use to say the same thing about Jay. Even gh15 said Jay will never win the Olympia. Branch is top of the top and one of the most sucessful elite bodybuilders in the world. And he doesn't act like a homo. What do you look like, geneticmarvel?

Yes, very strong  :-X He's a big dude, for sure. But as Jtsunami said, he just looks thrown together. How he placed 2nd at the Mr. O is very baffling.  The delusion must have been strong int he judges that day.  :-\

wiggs is incorrect.....you see fat people and bodybuilders, beet red, gasping for air, holding lots of water in their face, hands, ankles.......you can tell they have high BP

it really is a testament to the resilience of the human body that branch still has both of his kidneys
