You're very close i'll just squeeze in as a light-middle this year at nationals. I'm not big enough IMO to compete as a true middle weight yet at the nationals level.

I shall not take your advice, and its not about bbing being in my future, obviously I'm already doing just fine!, its more about how far i will go in the sport. If i can become a top 202 competitor im fine with that.

Matt I've noticed over the years that you rarely participate in conversations or topics unless it has to do with you.
Outside of yourself you really don't have much to say. Did mommy and daddy not hug you or tell you, you were special?

Good point - why no Quad training?
Monday: Biceps, Triceps, Traps (I do a lot of drop sets and supersets, even when I'm bulking up I stay in the 12 rep range and go as heavy as I can. If I'm doing heavy deadlifts imight work my way down to 2 heavy reps with 500lbs, but anything else it's 12 reps or higher. When getting ready for this show I do 15-20 rep range. I never go lower then 15 reps no matter what exercise I do. All this applies to the rest of my training days)
Tuesday: Legs (hams, calves, abs)
Wednesday: OFF Day
Thursday: Back, abs
Friday: Chest, shoulders (rear delts and traps again). I work my traps twice a week because they need improvement.
Saturday: OFF (when dieting I do cardio on these days)
Sunday: OFF Day

Because he should weigh more if his legs were bigger. He should be 200 easy. What are you cutting to and has splitting up quads and hams to separate days made a diff? Upperbody is impressive especially standing alone but when you're 6' tall and you see a 5'6" bb in person, it's like "Whatever midget." Nah you have come a long way over the years,bet you wish you hit legs from the beginning. I agree legs suck, thank god for 18" calves without training them.

Can you wear longer shorts next time to hide your quads alittle better. Nothing worse then a wannabe BB not training legs.

Matt i think you should stop upper body for periods and only do legs to even yourself up.
Personally, i wouldn't ;D, but your legs arn't that bad it's just your upper body is very impressive.

Thanks bro, yeh when im dieted down legs don't look out of place, but yes they need more size, and im working on it!. Id rather have weaker legs and an awesome upper body, and just have to bring up my legs, then a shitty weak upper body, with huge legs, and i see a lot of the shitty upper body, huge legs dudes on stage.
