Ok I was doing some t bar rows yesterday pretty heavy and I heard a funny noise in my arm when I went down too far. Now my right elbow feels a little funny like the beginnings of something really bad. Its only very slight pain but I have been through injuries before and sense this is the beginning of something bad.
Is this what they call tendonitis? What do I do just go easier on any exercises that are irritating it?

Has it improved since you injured it?

It started acting up on me again on deadlifts.
I am doing wrist curls and reverse wrist curls and keeping my mind muscle link strong during my lifts. I am also trying to keep some tension in my arms with them bent slightly during any movements as opposed to letting the arm go slack at the end of movements. I don't know what else to do other than take time off.

overtraining. take like 2 weeks off. had this last year, try throwing a football or something 5-6 times, if it hurts like a bitch and you have zero power after, its probably a tendonitis. take time off and you'll be alright

Thanks guys. Since this post I took time off and that tendonitis got dramatically better. I developed it in my other arm at the tricep tendon and am having to take time off again.
