What are your thoughts about this program
One basic exercise (Eg- squats) accompanied by 1-2 supporting exercises (Eg - leg ext)
1-2 bodyparts hit on workout
Sprints and long dist jogging thrown in on different days.
Rep range 20 Week 1
RR 15 Week 2
RR 12 Week 3
RR 6 weeks 4
Cycle back to 20. on week 5

Is this another "routine" joke?
I would assume that as your "RR" drops, the weight increases? You didn't mention that.
Why all the running?
If you are serious, why not start by asking the right questions instead this gimmicky BS?
