Yes, sorry for not responding in the thread.

I only made it about a day and a half, than I broke down and ate normal.

My face got clear, and I had a shitload of energy the night I quit when I worked out (although I'm not sure why that is?)

I'm going to do it again sometime, maybe at the end of the month.
