So, I thought I'd share a snapshot on what I've been chowing on these days and what my diet looks like, feel free to comment, critique, mock, and praise as you please!
Meal 1:
4 Whole Eggs
1 bowl of Cookie Crisp cereal with Skimmed Milk :-D
3 scoops of Wicked Whey Protein shake from Phenom Labs
8 tabs of Fish Oils
2 tabs of Multi-Vitamins
2 tabs of Glucosamine
Meal 2:
1 grilled chicken breast
1/2 cup of white rice (measured before cooking)
Pre-Work out:
1 scoop Herculean Xtreme NO/Creatine product from Phenom Labs
Meal 3 (post work out):
2 scoops Wicked Whey Protein shake from Phenom Labs
6 tablespoons dextrose
1 teaspoon Creatine Monohydrate
Meal 4:
1 grilled chicken breast
1/2 cup of white rice
OR
1.5 Foot long grilled chicken sub from subway with whole wheat bread, totally plain except with one line of Ketchup (I have this if I have a lecture for my masters)
Meal 5:
1 grilled chicken breast
1/2 cup of white rice
15 almonds
Meal 6:
2 scoops Caesine protein shake
I like my chicken ;D GETBIG What say you?

i dont eat red meat...and i see you dont either-how come u dont?

I'm not gonna lie, there are days that i snack. And you'll see me eating things that are not listed there :-) but this is what I usually stick to.
Natural Wonder, oh I love redmeat and maybe eat it 2 times a week, though I eat it when I go out to dinner with my wife, thats why I didn't write it down, we like to try new restaurants every now and then, so I'll have a steak or something then depending on the cuisine (you'll see on the gossip and opinion page that I had a 25 oz steak the other night ;D ) I dont cook it too much at home, unless I'm in a MAJOR bulking phase, I'll do lean ground beef with wheat buns!
I love Cookie Crisp, LOL and the box says Wholegrain :-) LOL so that makes me a feel a bit better about eating it LOL

Not for nothing, but that breakfast would make me puke. Hey, you opened it up to critiques.
The eggs, the cereal, milk and a 3-scoop protein drink? Kudos to you for being able to pack all of that in first thing. Takes me a bit to get warmed up before I could stomach all that.

Yeah its a big breakfast, but I'm usually soooo hungry in the morning. I take a bit of a break between the food and the protein shake though, kinda have the shake between Meal 1 and 2, but I felt weird putting it as a meal of its own!

I know. The yolk has all the real nutrients, it's all a fucking health craze farce.

Looks like a decent enough diet but I would swap one of the chicken meals for some steak, preferably post-workout.
