we went on a trip to ohio for about 2 weeks and then i ended up replacing my computer.
one second everything was fine and the next i couldnt even access my fav website :'(

Well it's good to have you back. I just noticed your steroid shake thread. I believe they do make liquid orals in suspension. They just put the powder in some liquid and you have to shake it up before use. Like they do with liquid viagra and cialis. You could just measure out however much you want and add it in your shake. We have a Steroid board here and I just know they would love you there. I just know it. You can probably PM someone like Tbombz for some help. Just don't get too chummy with that guy and if starts talking about getting a massage inside you -- run for your life.
How about that Frank Mir getting clocked in the first round? That really throws a monkey wrench in his entire future with the UFC. Now he's going to be relegated to being a stepping stone for upcoming fighters. Also, Hardy did much better than I thought. Guy has heart. Got to give him that. How the hell does GSP take everybody so effortlessly?

do you think frank mir got too big too fast? he didnt seem very "fluid" with his striking.
i'm also shocked carwin bullied him around in the clinch so easy too despite his weight lifting
honestly, i've thought this for awhile now but it seems frank mir is too passive as a fighter
meaning he seems content to let a bigger stronger guy hold him in a dominant position and he has no answer, almost like he's unfamiliar with those positions and doesnt really no what to do
