I feel that various beans should be on the list.. kidney, lima, pinto, split pea, etc.

If you are going to have a top 6 how are you going to have a banana on there and not steak? Im all for getting some extra potassium and all but to make it a top 6? Not so sure about that.
Not only that but he puts egg whites...implying that there is no yolk. Again not sure that should be in there over steak or any other lean cuts of meat for that matter.
