I get them through tea , coffee and different fruits i mix into my shakes. Do you think they do something and what are you doing to get them

anything that is advertised on sodas, juices, chips, candies and such to me is complete bullshit. Everything is an antioxidant today.

Blue Bonnet Super Antioxidant Formula
I would take more such as lycopene, and lipoic acid, and more NAC than the blue bonnet formula provides, but I am not made of money and I will tolerate taking only so many pills. I do believe in antioxidants, I think they help your entire body and not just your muslces recover from grueling workouts.
