Who came up with the seven mandatory poses and the most muscular and how'd they come up with them?

What about the vacuum and the "running man" pose? I'm sure Blechman has a couple of poses he'd like to popularize.

I know Harold Poole was credited with making the MM a standard pose, as it was often referred to as the "Poole pose" before 'most muscular" was popular...

I applaud this Bodybuilder to dare a pose like that. Now, that's skills. imagine Coleman trying to pull something like that?....hahahahah.......Flex wheeler was known to do his famous "SPLIT" at the end of his routine. not all those guys are stiff like cement on a high noon Sun.

not 100% sure but there are 2 types of mm one with the hands on the thighs and the one most are familiar with, which is also called the crab pose...
