Title: "hit it" popularity??
Post by: peteK on April 07, 2010, 05:28:29 AM: What is with the popularity of "Hit It" threads? I suppose that the image of women that the media tells us to like is not what men really like. I know I would take an attractive ordinary girl, with the 20 extra lbs, over some airbrushed "picture perfect" playmate.

I prefer em thick, and do not find catwalk models at all attractive (they can have pretty faces but their skinny body is not in my taste).

People are different, some like them this , others prefer them like that.

Skinny, Fat, Muscular, Phat, Fitness, Curvy, Young, Mature etc

Don't forget that people like different things also depending on their age-group, culture, background, where they live etc

During the 40s-50s, Curvy women were regarded as the prettiest, but then compare with the 60s and models like "Twiggy", a totally different ideal of beauty, then the hairy women of the 70s etc
