I don't drink protein powder. I just eat tons of meat, eggs, nuts and other shit.

You cant drink all your protein, but yeah you got the idea. its real real simple. Dont know why people have such a hard time and immediately resort to drugs.

I drink protein shakes to offset the cost of money for food. However, my diet consists mainly of red meat, eggs, fruit, assorted nuts, and sweet potatoes. I hate all types of sea food, and think chicken, turkey and rice taste like cardboard.

Adding milk to whey defeats the purpose of it being fast absorbing, but honestly I don't believe it to be all that important anyway.

I got better results from just eating more almonds, eggs, milk, meat, etc.

You will always get better results from real food. However, shakes do have their place. I definitely agree that, along with other supplements, it's over hyped, but again, can be useful.

I can eat 100+ grams of protein in one sitting from real food, but something about whey powder in that quantity gives me weird pain near the kidneys, no joke.

Twice a day is not necessary. Just one of those a day is good enough. You'll be shitting blocks and feeling bloated on that regimen.

you take that before bed, with a shot of 3-5 tablespoons of flaxseed oil. you go to bed, wake up, shit an extreme dump. then you are completely ridden of proteins, bowel and shit cleaned and lubrificated from the oil, ready to live your day without a single protein fart or diarrhea from prot. + this recipe gets you extremely anabolic during your sleep.
