Also, if anyone knows where I can find an old inverted 90 degree leg press let me know. I want to add some old bodybuilding nostalgia to our gym.

making them balance the bar like that will work the stabilizers and improve core strength  ;D

I loved those.  Believe or not the gym I train at here which is very modern has one.  Check out Nebula.  The owner is Tom and say hi for me.  he ius a really good guy and it is hard to beat his quality.

I would appreciate it, but you can wait until the weather thaws if you want. I'm just want to add some old school bodybuilding and strongman equipment just for, like I said..nostalgia. Sounds weird but I have my reasons.

hey, with all the advances in equip., nutrition, drugs etc.  no one is truly stronger than Kaz or Paul Anderson, nor better built than some of the 60's and 70's bodybuilders.  it's not rocket science, it's basic hard work.
