What kind of purse money is available for a Master's Level Pro competitor in a given year? Are they having the Master's Olympia anymore?
-
Depends on how he wants to "earn" it! ;D

From legit contests, pickle smoocher.

No much out there to be earned legitimately? My guess is $10-20K max.

Depends on how many ice machines he works at.

Per contest?
Not even. How many master's shows can you name? I'm sure there are a couple out there, but I can't name any. How many shows would this theoretical competitor enter in one year? If one wants to enter master's competitions it is not for the money; there is simply not much money to be had. Contest promoters do not think there is an audience for master's level competitions so they do not support it.
Even sponsors eschew master's level winners. Claude Groulx won the Master's O! Near the end of this video (8:50) he is practically begging someone--anyone--to pay attention to him and sponsor him. It sounds rather pathetic. :-[
Without support and contest$ at the the Mr. O or Arnold Classic levels master's BB is basically dead.
