Few of us think about being 70yrs old but most of us will be and the majority will still want to be in the best shape possible and still weight training. I hope they continue to research ways to decrease the loss of muscle that comes with being elderly.

Why can't Frank Zane (at only 67 or 68 years old) even look like this 74 year old guy? Frank was the best lean bodybuilder of all time, yet this guy makes him look like he never lifted a weight in his entire life?

Taught me a lot when I was first starting out in competition! His wife (and I think his son) compete too!
