Holy shit I told you guys!!!! Huckabee in first place in this poll. Remember when some of you were telling me that Huckabee was done after the Seattle shooting deal? And I told you that it wouldn't mean shit in the long run... Here he is placing first! haha, give me a brownie... :D
Now with the Ron Paul deal... Isn't it interesting that what Ed Rawlins said concerning Sara Palin could also be said about Ron Paul? I wouldn't pay much attention to these early polls. Even with Mike being first. The only thing that proves is that I was right when I said the seattle thing would be the end of his chances.

I remember you saying that, and I agreed with you because if Ted Kennedy can drown a young girl, get away with it and have a long political career, then Huck can be a presidential candidate.

you know we're living through the end of an era in regards to that. As you know I was raised in the wild west lol... Growing up people did not respond well to organized religion out here. Even the most conservative and most are conservative out here, they did not respond well to organized religion before. Infact they outright detested it. They would go get married in a church but that was about the end of that for them. Missionaries were often met with guns at the door. And I'm not kidding, I witnessed it more than once back in the 70's. People out here were so against organized religion it was crazy. It was totally ok to have a church, there were many churches but you made the choice to go there and any soliciting was extremely frowned upon. But today, it's a different Wyoming. Before there were no christian radio programs, now most of the dial is covered with them. I now have 4 churches within a 5 minute walk and they're all packed not only on Sunday but for several days of the week. I think this all started to happen when Republicans started equating christianity with conservatism. After so many years of that message, the dullards began to think they indeed go hand in hand as a must. ::)

Unless one of the less know folks comes to the forefront, I believe Romney is the front runner right now.
Many of us love Ron Paul but I don't think he will be nominated...I think he is better as a strong voice in the presidents ear rather than president.
Despite some issues with Romney, I would gladly vote for him before Obama or any of the progressives.

you do realise that the others are playing to the crowd rather than speaking honestly. Paul is in last place becase he is not sugar coating it. So you have to ask yourself, do you want the person who stands on a national stage putting forth his honest opinion or do you want the guy that will say and do what the fuck ever to get elected? You know what you get with Ron Paul. Ain't no fucking way in hell you can say the same about any of the others...........
