in fairness to him, there were a lot of people who said it... both on the left and on the right.
I recall one impassioned hystrionic editorial by Olbermann wherein he said they might as well jail him now 'cause he had no intention of buying the healthcare proposed.

seriously though - you gotta admit it's pretty funny to see O'Reily say that no one on Faux News has ever said you would go to jail if you didn't buy health insurance and then see clip after clip of people on Fox saying that very thing, including a clip from his own show
