Title: Foods you can process in a blender or food processor
Post by: ronbrgundy on April 14, 2010, 07:36:21 PM
Hey I typically put skim milk, pasteurized egg whites and protein powder in my smoothies.  Then I add ice and bananas and whatever I want.  I often add oatmeal too.

I go to thinking that maybe theres somebody out there doing something hardcore.  Are you guys adding anything else.  Are you guys adding a scoop of peanut butter?  Or crushed nuts or something?  Or is there some crazy bber putting rice in his smoothies etc ?

I couldn't find powdered egg at walmart today I looked for half an hour.  I found powdered skim milk though.
