Watch the video, that's not HIT. He didn't go to complete failure or anywhere near it.

Watch Tom Platz train for the '81 Olympia, and THAT is HIT training.

Intresting, his trainer seems old school when it comes to dieting (thats a good thing) but don't necessarily agree with his training, but if it works for him then so be it.

HIT is complete bullshit, even the guys who were known for it weren't really using HIT , they just weren't counting their warmup sets (which was at least 3-4 working sets)

the only training that works is progressive overload and thats it

basic heavy training is what builds muscle just like kevin levrone said in maryland muscle machine

Phil Heath and many other pros will disagree with your statement... the only thing that's proven to work is great genetic response to hormones.

The amount of shit these guys are on, they get a workout from washing in the shower or picking up the remote control...

And what about the people who assume that the Pros are on a boatload of AAS, so they try to match that, yet look like a bloated sack of pig excrement, and couldn't even touch looking like Paul Demayo at 18 yrs old?

thats not the point... you can take what mr. olympia uses and still look like shit... it comes down to genetic response.

Wolf upped the dosages. No way his sorry ass training is making this big a difference. He doesn't come close to failure. Fuller ROM maybe, more intensity no wya.

HIT is good for most bodyparts, quads, forearms, tri's need more work imo.
Seated deltoid dumbell press is a typical exersize that should be done HIT, after that monster set, there is no point doing anymore.

Wolf is a good, relax dude, nice house, didnt know he already could afford it like that.

this training seems like standard ascending pyramiding to me - start light and add weight each set with the final set being the heaviest and to failure.

his form and speed look pretty good at least compared to some people.
