The thing that pees me off is that movement is meant for guys who actually have substantial chest development.  Plus I train in a hardcore gym yet these guys will shun davil lloyds fittness first (the equivalent to ballys or planet fitness) and come to hardcore gyms in the dozens to waste time and do stupid shit ... They can go do in any fitness all machine and cardio gym

Probably when I'm waiting to use certain equipment and someone else is, but he takes forever to finish. When you look at them they're talking and just messing around instead of training.

I used to hate it when I had 405 or 495 on the bench and I finish and go onto my next exercise and some little guy around 220 comes up to me and asks me if I am done and then gives me that look like "why didn't you take off the weight".  If you can't lift it then don't it.  I liked that attitude.

The gyms in America where I trained they provided you with a White towel and anti bacterial spray to wipe the equipment after use. Over here in London no such thing is "hadcore" gyms
I mean in my gym there hasn't been soap in the bathroom for 4 months now sometimes there is toilet paper
so all those people who use the bathroom aren't washing their hands come back out and touch the equipment with their nasty hands

The guy who fucks the rack of dumbells.
I usually walk right in front of this type, taking what I need off the rack, then stepping back @4 feet to let my other fellow members get in there.
Believe it or not, other people workout in gyms @5pm also....move away from the rack.
Usually, this type is so not self aware, this is just another area of being aloof in life.

horrible comeback. I figured someone like you whose claim to fame is typing on an internet forum board could come up with something more witty.  And I put the weight on.  I can't help it that you use the pre-loaded barbell on a flat bench when you train and the little pink and blue dumbbells.  Maybe you would be a little bigger than the 150 you are today if you actually lifted some weight.  Just saying.  By the way my glory days lasted about 12 years.  Sorry to burst your bubble

Honestly bro I think everyone is in agreement, you put the weights on you take them off. Are you special because you were benching with 500 or something? The small guy weighing 220 should have felt privileged to unload your bench right?  ::) ::)

Actually I always put my weights back except the bench.  Why?  I have no idea.  I sometimes do but most of the time don't on the bench.  I always put the dumbbells back and bars and shit.

Mine is, people who either don't realize one is supersetting tris and bis and go and take the tricept attachment, while you are doing a bicep exercise, or use the area for another exercise...either they think that you are not using it, or they don't know what you are soing, or they are dicks...I think the former rather than the latter (because he was a outta shape 'tard)

If I have 3 wheels a side on the bench I will unload to 1 a side. Most people will use one a side and it is easier for them rather than looking for weights.

@per se yeah I head that small Asian dude forgot his name is gonna make it into a proper gym if he does I'd go there.

@goudy I know exactly what your talking about I've walked into my gym and seen 3 or two plates left on one side of the bar. I've also seen someone bounce the empty side of the bar and if course the who thing tipped over.

Another peeve is people who bench without collars a plate fell off about two feet from me the other day from a guy benching. The damn fool just put the plate back on and was about to carry in benching.  I just looked at him and asked " if you had let that hit me do you think you could tell me sorry and that would be  it

Biggest pet peeve: being eyeballed by Tapout/Affliction gang members. Nothing quite as unnerving. Knowing that group's penchant for unabashed violence and torture of beta males like me, it's quite difficult to even get through a workout. I do my best to remain in the shadows and not attract attention.

All shit aside, I get pissed when someone tells me that doing clean and jerks will wreck my rotator cuff. Most guys in the gym couldn't even show you where a rotator cuff is, let alone tell you about it. Just braindead zombies spewing some garble they picked up in some god-forsaken text along the way.

Squats and DL will ruin your knees/back.
