Kai's arms are ridiculous

I know Phil will see this and dismiss it as another "hater" talking. I don't hate Phil he seems like a nice fella. Like I said based on prejuding Phil should have won the Arnold.
Kai is the Anti-Phil. The problem is I have no doubt the powers that be would love to hand to Sandow to Phil BUT....Kai stands in his way. Kai is willing to work harder, diet harder and sacrifice more than Phil. This past Arnold was the first time we'd seen Kai off with his conditioning. Last Olympia was because he tried to streamline his physique to please the powers that be. That mistake won't happen again. If you really want it Phil, Jay ain't the only person you need to worry about. Cause once he retires you still have Kai to worry about and he's only 4 years older than you and has been working about alot longer, bodybuilding alot longer BUT surprisingly you two have been supplemented about the same amount of time. It's clear in the looks of the physiques who has muscle maturity and who looks like they've been taking taking slin advice from Jay. Do you think AMI would go after Kai if they didn't think he was a serious threat? Oh yeah, don't forget about Victor. Victor is Phil with actual width. All he needs to do is be conditioned. Working with Dex's coach is gonna more than fix that...Enjoy 4th place the O.
We've seen how far a better structure goes for winning the O. Go ask Flex Wheeler, Shawn Ray, Levrone and a handfull of others. Then go talk to Dorian, Jay and Ronnie (post 03).
This is gonna be Jay and Ronnie all over again but not as long and not as dominant. Guess who will be playing the part of Jay? ;D

Phil may be a bit narrow. But he has everybodypart and is shredded and seperated. He also is intelligent. Would you really want kai has mr olympia with his huge gut and anti social demeanour? He can't even answer simple questions, he doesnt even like being filmed.

I am a big fan of Phil and I like Kai too, but Phil is the better bodybuilder for me so far. ;)
I disagree with you about the whole width issue, and not because Dorian and Ronnie were wide that is why they won the O Multiple times, see what happened to Jay back in 2008 Mr. O, he got beat by a small bodybuilder!! Marcus Ruhl would be the happiest man on the world if it was a width contest ;D
I think you do know that we have a very bad and unfair judging criteria don’t you ..?
Kai has the width over Phil, but Phil has the prettier and dryer look and shape.
We will see how it goes in coming years and don’t forget Victor, Evan, Roelly and Khan. It will be a great battle in the coming years.
By the way, I see your love to Kai has blinded your eyes from seeing how wide his waist and how big his gut are compared to Phil! Even though Phil has the smaller waist line for and gut free midsection unlike your boy Kai :P

The front lat spread is a terrible pose for Phil, it looks very awkward and really highlights how narrow he is.

Kai's waist IS horrible. His obliques stick out like 3inches and his abs are funky in general. His whole body looks soft, NO traps, oil in biceps, oh yeah fucks grapefruit. Victor and Health look a 1000x better than him as far as I am concerned.If he wins the Oylmpia it's the biggest joke this "sport" has ever seen and that's saying alot. I will take the Fridge Cutler over Kai any day

in the end it comes down to how much you can take and body to respond without destroying your genetic makeup on size,shape,in the end heath win's .heath has better genes for big muscle with shape.i respect kai's insane drive to create a freakish build but pic's don't lie.heath,,,,,

No, if Branch "T-Rex arms" Warren wins the Olympia, I swear that would THE biggest joke of all time. There would be no way bbing could come back from that.

Kai is no Ronnie, no Jay, no Dexter and i wouldnt take him over Victor on a good day.
Imo i think weve seen the best kai were going to see. Great lifter, just peaked.
