Do you take a PWO shake?

What do you think about this:

1) 1 scopp of whey protein ON

2) a medium banana

3) 1/2 cup of oatmeal.

4) 250ml of skimmed milk

1 hour after that I have 2 cups of cooked brown rice and 150gr of chicken

I'm 1.68 m, 71 kilos, 15%bf. I want to gain muscle.

i used to take waxy maize post workout but it was making me break out so i stopped
so sometimes i do whey with blueberries or fruit or other days i just eat a meal-what are some of your top picks for food post workout

also whats your opinion on amino acids? are they a waste of money?

i try not to eat too high sodium but a while back i had some really good smoked salmon and i found out in that 1 meal i has 2600 mg of sodium...it seemed like it took almost a week for my body to get rid of the sodium

whats ya thoughts?

also what is ya thought on cheesecake? like once a week i enjoy some cheesecake? is it ok to cheat w cheesecake?
