After reading Creature from Jekyll Island and seeing the whole Madoff mess unfold with that guy Markopolis, NOTHING surprises me anymore.

His testimony flies in the face of those folks who think all we need are more regulations but what good are they when no one is ENFORCING  them and no one is going to jail for fraud?!
