He describes a "certain guru" who prescribes more carbohydrates and less cardio to get peeled.
A thinly veiled attack on George Farah who, according to Romano, has his clients take DNP instead of hard dieting and cardio.

Heard about DNP as long as 8yrs ago. Nothing good either basically what Romano said, it will cook you from the inside out. BB are retarded always taking the easy way out. You wanna lose weight, how about doing some cardio and not stuffing your fat hole. Doesnt Rambod advocate super-high carbs too? Wonder what he's got Jay and Branch on? I distinctly remember Dan Duchaine telling me that DNP would eventually be abused by so-called diet gurus who couldn't get their charges in shape. He said that DNP would become the magic pill of the contest prep trade. It would make idiots into saviors; the unscrupulous, unflappable; the ill-prepared, polished. And he was right.
I guess proof reading is something Romano dosen't spend much time doing....maybe thats why he is where he is in life these days living off Palumbo's dollar
During a post-contest interview backstage, after the darkhorse competitor won the contest,
A simple dump of Romanos article into MS word will show you all his basic GRAMMAR mistakes like DARKHORSE? is this a new word I cant seem to find it in a dictonary? does he mean Dark Horse? For such a self proclaimed GREAT writer all he had to do was look at the screen when typing because it auto corrects words for you......

I am not airing out anyones laundry but if you claim to be such an amazing writer then these mistakes should never happen....Imagine mispelling a persons name in a newspaper or constanly misspelling words? You would be fired in a second....and don't say they are not a newspaper and don't have the resources cause MS Word does it all for you and all you have to do is open your eyes.....amazing :o

I never said a wizard...but if you use something like word to write your article it pops up with a BOLD RED line that your spelling is off....

I know I bitched a lot about the heat and humidity and the mosquitoes. Yes, the conditions could have a been a bit more comfortable, but I have to say that the landscape was about as beautiful as it gets. I couldn't imagine a more serene a and picturesque place.

And it should be "every" not "ever" before "article" in your first sentence.

Now this is getting funny....dropped out LMAO I not only graduated high school but I also hold certifications from Microsoft, Cisco,Dell,IBM and many more that took years of study....
As for this being an issue of Jilted love....far from that because Dave has sent Mr. G on numerous accounts to attempt to get me to make an apperance on the stupid whack pack show....so who is Jilted I ask?
As far as my issues with them I have stated before I don't air out dirty laundry its between US but they both attacked a VERY GOOD FRIEND no it was not Derek and they continually try to knock others to benefit from and they fail to see that the one's they knock are far more educated than they could ever be!!!

To be honest, it seems every self proclaimed bodybuilding guru or ex pro somehow becomes a writer and lands their own column in a lot of the bodybuilding mags. Meanwhile with zero previous experience or schooling in it. But it's all about the story obviously -- can't imagine how much work the editors have to do though.

Apparently George has blasted keto style diets too, so that could be another reason for the article.
Ironic that Romano would complain about DNP use when Palumbo sells a much more toxic uncoupler himself. Stupid to put usnic acid back in the marketplace, even if it was low dosage.
I see nothing wrong with using DNP per se, as long as the client knows what he's ingesting of course. Just another drug in the arsenal. If it works, great!

no, there have been many reference lately between palumbo and romano about farah, sometimes they use his name, sometimes, they dont, they never said DNP directly......the just comment on the funniness of how he says you can eat more, and do LESS cardio....how does anyone think the weight is being lost.

It doesn't matter how conservative you are, whether you order blood work, etc, you NEVER know what could potentially happen when you stack a bunch of bodybuilding drugs. There's always a certain risk involved in self-prescribing medications.
What does getting blood work done tell you except that your values are in range right now? Nothing, it's just a snapshot in time... you don't know what will happen with your next cycle.
