Title: At What Point Do Steroids Shut Down A Bodybuilder's System?

Some dudes at the gym last night were talking about Rich Gaspari and Ronnie's systems "shutting down" after the massive doses of performance pharmaceuticals.  Is this what happened to Kovacs as well?
