Never met Kai but if he is as down to earth and friendly with his fans as in the video then he must be one of the most approachable and easygoing pros. Hell he sounds as if he was an enthusiastic little boy.

Frederic Delavier Training and Anatomy book is probably the best seller in all Europe. Only in spanish edition are more than 50.000 units selled. The english translation is easy to find, here in Europe, but exits too in french, german, italian,etc... and several other lenguages...

In his DVD, Kai is using Frederic's book as a model for his drawing. So, he was very pleased that Frederic gave him a poster of the hercules' model KAi was using and his new US edition of Strenght training Anatomy.
