1)  wedding ceremonies ALL over the world would have a mandatory "  smelling of the farts " feature...without which you couldn't get married.

1. Exterminate all those who have confessed or have been linked without a doubt to rape, murder, child molestation and habitual violent crimes. No more "life without parole" at an average of $35k per year per inmate of our hard earned tax money that could be going to our Education System. In addition, I would allow the victim / victims family the option of carrying out the justice. Eye for an eye bitches.

2. I would also create a Government "Community College" type system that would allow everyone get at least a Associates Degree at no cost with the option to go further at a severly reduced cost that what Universities charge now.

3. All on welfare would have to volunteer to be chemically / permanently sterilized while collecting wellfare of any kind.
